The office area of Zhang-Jiang Automation R&D Center is 1500 square meters, the additional laboratory and pilot test plant area is 4800 square meters, there are 40 sets of testing and experiment equipment, the pilot test plant is equipped with a rubber mixing test production line, and the annual R&D investment accounts for more than 6% of the company's sales revenue, to ensure the continuous operation and innovation research and development work in R&D Center.

Zhang-Jiang Automation R&D Center has been identified as Jiangsu Intelligent Polymer Material Production Equipment and Engineering Technology Research Center, Jiangsu Foreign Capital R&D Institution, Jiangsu Enterprise Postgraduate Workstation, Suqian Enterprise Technology Center, etc. In the process of construction and identification, the company has constantly improved the R&D system and introduced a number of professional talents, thus has form a strong ability of R&D innovation.

Zhang-Jiang Automation R&D Center has established and maintained industry-university-research cooperation with Shanghai Jiaotong University, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Qingdao University of Science and Technology and other colleges and universities, which can effectively integrate resources and accelerate technological innovation.
